| LOCATION Our villa is situated on the Cape Haze peninsular south of Venice and Port Charlotte and the area is one of Florida’s best kept secrets. Miles of beautiful sandy beaches with a variety of water-sports from deep sea fishing to jet-skiing are within 10 minutes drive. For those with the more serious intent of emptying their purse or wallet (depending on who is paying), there are excellent shops and good restaurants in nearby Englewood and Florida’s newest and largest shopping mall is at nearby Port Charlotte. ACCOMODATION Our fully air-conditioned villa offers very comfortable accommodation comprising the following: Four bedrooms (Master Bedroom with large en-suite bathroom including corner bath and separate shower, Guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom including separate shower, second guest bedroom and children’s bedroom). The two main bedrooms both have pool access. Three bathrooms (Two en-suite and one family). Large and well equipped family kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave oven, large fridge/freezer, waste disposal unit and ice-maker). Large 20’ square family sitting room equipped with satellite TV and having pool access. Dining area with pool access. Laundry room with large capacity washing machine and tumble dryer. OUTSIDE Large 28’ x 13’ solar heated swimming pool. Comfortable 7’ Jacuzzi for the ultimate relaxation. Fully screened large deck area complete with sun-loungers. Fully landscaped garden with a variety of trees and shrubs including a 70’ rear secluded lawn reaching down to the large and tranquil lake with the 12th fairway of the golf course beyond.
