The villa has been professionally furnished and has every amenity you could need for a perfect holiday. On the ground floor There is 1 King sized bedroom with en-suite (which leads to the poolside) 2 twin bedroom Separate bathroom Sofa bed in living room On First Floor There are 2 Queen sized bedrooms (one with en-suite), 1 with Jack/Jill bathroom to twin bedroom. All our bedrooms have individual satellite TVS with DVD or VCRs. The main lounge area has a Large Screen TV with both DVD and VCR, and for further in-house entertainment we have provided a PS2 console and games. Our games room has air hockey, and a pool table. The swimming pool is 30 ft x 16 ft with a remote controlled spa. Fiber optic lighting with color wheel have been installed to give you your very own underwater light show. Our pool is regularly maintained to the highest standard. For those of you wishing to laze around the pool, we have created an extended deck area with ample poolside furniture and BBQ. We have a locally based management team who are on hand should you require their assistance. The house is fully licensed so you can rest assured all in-house and pool side safety requirements have been met. The villa has a beautiful 30 ft x 16 ft pool with spa and extended decking area with ample pool side furniture. The Games Rooms has pool and air hockey. Rates: High Season (July/August)$295 per night Mid Season (Mar/April/May/June/Sept/Oct) $265 per night Low Season (Jan/Feb/Nov/mid Dec) $225 per night HOLIDAYS (Easter, Thanksgiving, Xmas, New Year) $345 per Cancellation Notice: Any cancellation of 60 days or more before the rental date will result in a loss of the deposit money (20%) unless a subsequent booking is received to replace your original dates. In the case of a subsequent booking the deposit money will be refunded less $100 administrative fee. Cancellations of between 30 and 60 days before the rental date will result in a 25% refund of the rental fee including the deposit. If a subsequent rental is received, the amount will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee. Any paid pool heat charges full refundable. Cancellation within 30 days will not receive any refund unless a subsequent booking is received. Any paid pool charges are fully refundable. Deposit Amount: $500 security deposit plus 20% of balance Number of Days Balance Due Before Arrival Date: 60 days Minimum Stay: 7 nights – any shorter stay by the concession of the owners. |
