| Our home sleeps up to 10 people, with two queen sized bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. Our 4-bedroom/3-bathroom villa is beautifully, yet comfortably decorated to make you feel right at home. Just minutes from us are some of the best shops and restaurants in the area, with easy access to the theme parks, and Disney World just 10 minutes away. Combine the Orange Tree facilities which are available to our guests, along with the fabulous location and this gives you; THE PERFECT VACATION BASE.. From the minute you open the door you are greeted by the attractive welcome of the villa. The spacious family room and dining area offer an ideal place to relax during the day or evening. A fully equipped entertainment centre includes Cable TV, VCR, DVD player and a sound system – so you can watch your favourite movie, or listen to the music that you enjoy. The family room overlooks the fabulous, sparkling swimming pool and bubbling spa. Both illuminated in the evenings. The (optionally) heated pool and spa has a child safety fence provided for your peace of mind. The dining area, and kitchen with additional seating is situated at the front of the property. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could need to cook that fabulous family breakfast, evening feast or just a quick snack. The Laundry facilities at the villa include a Washer and Dryer, which add to the “home away from home” feel – a perfect place for a family or golfing holiday. The villa has been furnished to a high standard by professional interior designers.Sleeping accommodation at our villa include TWO master en-suite bedrooms. The MAIN master bathroom has a large closet, twin vanity unit, corner bath and large walk in shower. The SECOND double also has bath with shower. The two twins share a family bathroom. All bedrooms have cable TV. There will always be plenty to do when staying in our villa, not only does the villa have a private heated pool & spa, from June 2005 it will also offer a fabulous games room. Even the “grown-up kids” will enjoy the billiard table, foosball table, electronic darts and PS2. Also available from June 2005 is a coffee table that converts to a roulette and cards table, along with games such as chess, chequers etc., Enjoy your own private pool while the kids play in the safety of the villa’s games room. |
