The condo is in a private, gated community, and is directly across the road from the ocean and the magnificent, no-vehicle sands of New Smyrna Beach, which stretches for 13.5 miles. This designer-furnished and decorated condo offers all the amenities of the Ocean Walk Condominiums, including a secure gated entry access, security patrols, and underground parking. There is a nature trail through the nearby nature reserve. A brand new clubhouse features a large heated pool, gym, jacuzzi and sauna. For the more energetic, basketball, floodlit tennis courts and shuffleboard courts are also available. All new furnishings include a living room with an entertainment center that provides cable TV, and DVD player. A complete CD surround sound system throughout the apartment, and air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room will create a comfortable, homely atmosphere. The living room has a large sliding glass door to a covered balcony with table and chairs. The large utility room contains a separate washer and dryer for your convenience. The master bedroom features a kingsize bed, 20" TV, a VHS video player and recorder, 8' x 7' walk-in wardrobe, a sliding glass door to the balcony and an ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi and shower. The second bedroom sleeps 2 on separable beds and has a TV and video. The third bedroom includes a set of twin beds and TV. The large, roof terrace available to all residents is a sun trap and allows good views of rocket launches from Cape Canaveral. Orlando International Airport and the Disney attractions are an easy 1-hour drive away, while Daytona International Speedway and Daytona International Airport can be reached in 20 minutes. There are numerous restaurants, art galleries and museums in the vicinity. New Smyrna Beach has one of the best beaches in the US for surfing, and facilities exist for many other water sports to be tried out by adults and children alike. If you are a golf addict, this area boasts some of the best golf courses in Florida, including 1 27-hole and 3 18-hole courses.
