| Orange Tree House was built in May 2003. It is a luxury, executive 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with an extended private pool that features a Jacuzzi/spa. It is close to Disney (less than 15 minutes) and to all of the area's other attractions, as well as the numerous restaurants, shops, markets and golf courses for which the area is renowned. Orange Tree House offers excellent value for money as well as significant quality. Our house has been designed to accommodate 2 or 3 families in comfort. The 5 bedrooms can sleep up to 11 people and there is also a full size crib for an infant. Orange Tree House is on the exclusive $75 million Hampton Lakes community, which is on Highway 27. It is approximately 40 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport and is ideally situated for visitors to the area Orange Tree House has been furnished to a very standard. It is fully air conditioned and comes equipped with everything that you will need to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible. The house is on two levels. On the ground floor you will find the Family Room, the Dining Room, the Kitchen, the utility area and two King Size Master Suites. FAMILY ROOM The house is fully furnished with everything that you will need to make your stay as relaxing and as enjoyable as possible. The Family Room has a 32 channel cable TV, a DVD and a music centre. The room features a high vaulted ceiling and there is a ceiling fan to keep you cool on hot summer nights. DINING ROOM At the front of the house is the dining room the table extends and has place settings for 6 people. THE KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you will need. It has a full size oven, a hob, a built-in microwave, a fridge-freezer with ice maker, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, an electric can opener and a blender. We supply all of the cooking utensils that you may need as well as plates, cups, glasses and cutlery etc. The kitchen area incorporates a breakfast bar. Next to the internal entrance to the garage door, you will find a utility room with a washer, a dryer, an iron and ironing board. THE MASTER SUITES Two king size suites are on the ground floor and the queen size suite is on the upper floor. The en-suite bathroom in the main master suite has a garden tub and a walk in shower cubicle. The second master bathroom also has a walk in shower cubicle. |
