| Florida Golf Vacation Home Our home is situated in the completed, gated community of Sanctuary Westhaven. Our home is an executive villa and is furnished to the highest standard. It comprises of the Master Bedroom, which has an en-suite with walk in shower and full size bath, the second double bedroom also has an en-suite, with the other two rooms being twin rooms which share the remaining bath room, all bedrooms have DV/TVs, there is also a formal living room and dining area. Our air conditioned home has its own electrically heated pool (charged separately) and spa. Although pool heat is not essential most of the year it can on occasion, prove to be most welcome during the sometimes cooler winter months. The pool looks out onto the Florida orange groves. For the comfort and safety of all guests there is no smoking permitted in the villa. FROM THE AIRPORT We will send you directions from Orlando International Airport, of how to get to are home, this information is in a word and picture format. MEET & GREET Our Property Management Company, will have one of their team at the home to 'Meet & Greet' your party. They will show you where everything is and how everything works. They will give you a key and the garage remote and answer any questions you may have. WELCOME PACK Waiting for you at the home will be a complimentary Welcome Pack, containing the immediate essentials such as bread, eggs, milk, butter, cheese, crackers, coffee, tea, cookies & sodas for the kids and a complimentary bottle of wine or a pack of beers. We are situated just 10 minutes from the Magic Kingdom and Disneys other parks. Thirty minutes away are the Universal Studios and Sea World, WET 'n' WILD water park is on International Drive. Especially for the serious shoppers amongst you, it is situated about 35 minutes from world famous designer outlets. Also within 5 minutes of our home for the for the golf lovers is Champions Gate Golf course with many other championship courses within a 20 minute radius. |
