| Executive 3 bedroom 2 bath single family home with its own private screened-in pool with Hot tub in Windsor Palms. All amenities are included, washer, dryer, microwave, dishes, glassware, cookware, linens & towels, patio furniture at the pool. Close to Disney, golf courses, and shopping for your convenience. Amenities to include one King, one queen, 2 twins, 1 sleeper sofa 4 TV's IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR VACATION *Sorry, but no pets are allowed. *No smoking inside, any guest found in violation at anytime will be asked to leave. All monies for reservation will be forfeited.*A 12%(13% as of 1 July 2004) tax is charged on nightly rental rates and pool heat per Osceola County Tax Board. *Check-in Time is after 4:00 pm and Check-out Time is before 10:00 am.*Pool/Spa Heat is available year round at $175/weekly or $25/day. *Should damage beyond normal wear and tear or theft occurs, you will be charged against your security deposit initially for the damage or stolen item(s) after your departure. If loss is more than the deposit, then you agree to be personally responsible. Items in your home are inventoried before and after your visit. Please notify our office if any damage is noted or items missing upon your arrival.*A cleaning fee is charged if stay is 6 nights or less. No cleaning fee for 7 or more night bookings. Directions to your home will be sent to you by email with your confirmation. A lockbox at the front door allows access upon arrival and the number of lockbox will be sent to you by email 1 week prior your arrival. RATES: Low season - $110 September, January, May, April Mid Season - $145 Feb, March, Oct. Nov. Dec High Season -$160 Easter, New Years, Thanksgiving, Christmas, June, July, August Holiday Seasons: One week before and the week of the holiday. Easter season: Thanksgiving : Christmas & New Years: Less than 7 nights there is a cleaning fee. $65.00 Pool heat : $25.00 per night Deposit to reserve the home is $250.00 Balance due upon arrival ! The Cancellation Policy: 7 days of less, full forfeiture of all monies 8 – 30 days, the equivalent of 3 nights rent 31 days+ $75.00 processing fee |
