This stunning home has been completely furnished and stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. Why rent a cold, institutional villa from a large company when you can rent our fabulous vacation house? We built this house for our family and for yours. Love Disney? So do we and you will find subtle Disney theming throughout the villa. The house sits on a lot with a south west facing pool, perfect for days by the pool! Inside the first floor living areas as well as all bathrooms have upgraded ceramic tiles. The bedrooms all have upgraded Berber carpeting. The kitchen has an oversized refrigerator/freezer with automatic ice maker and water through the door. To ensure an adequate supply of hot water we put in a huge hot water tank. On the first floor 3 pairs of French doors open to the screened oversized lanai and pool deck. Unlike most of the homes in the area our pool and spa each have their own heating systems. So you always have a hot spa without having to heat the entire pool! The upgraded pool has two waterfalls as well as a spill over from the raised spa. The 40 by 15 foot lanai features two ceiling fans, in ceiling speakers, evening lighting, outside shower with hot and cold water, BBQ, 14 person dining table, and lounge chairs. Our home has been furnished to the highest standards with pillowtop mattresses, comfortable furnishings, and luxurious linens. All six bedrooms have TV's with cable and DVD players. There is a 42" flat screen plasma TV with surround sound in the family room. A Playstation 2 with exercise bike on the second floor. A reading area/office located on the second floor loft. There are three king sized masters with Ensuite bathrooms, two bunk rooms featuring twin over twin bunks with trundles under sharing a bathroom, and one bed room with 2 twin beds and an Ensuite bathroom. Four of the bedrooms feature desks as well as the loft area. Plenty of room for kids to do homework or adults to do real work! Travelling with a baby? A full size crib, high chair, booster seat can be found in the home. The kitchen has have everything you need for creating a gourmet meal or heating up take out! Dishes and cutlery for 24- in case you have company! Wine glasses, beer glasses, appliances including a kitchen aid mixer, expresso machine, cuisineart, waffle iron, 20 cup coffee maker, oversized pots and pans. Everything you would expect in a house of this size and this caliber. No cheesy builder's furniture packages here!
