| Bridgewater Crossing is a 78 acre mixed rental and residential community set among 165 acres of natural wetland and nature preserve. Its a quiet and very relaxing environment. You are about 1/2hr from the airport, so you don't have to worry about the air traffic noise. You are also away from the very busy 192 (10 mins). Bridgewater Crossing is off County Road 54 which is within 5 mins of the I4 (junction 24) and another 5 - 10 mins from the entrances to the theme parks, making Orlando's attractions within easy reach. On the estate are tennis courts, volley ball court, basketball court, BBQ area, children's play area and a communal pool and a 45 acre deep water lake and lakefront nature trail. There is a gas station about 2 mins away which sells your basic provisions, milk, bread, butter, fruit, vegetables as well as alcohol and it makes and sells its own pizzas and fried chicken. There is a 36 hole golf course designed by Gregg Norman called "The Champions Gate" which is just 5 mins away and a brand new Publix supermarket, Chinese takeaway and video rental store at its entrance. There is also a post office (5 mins), pharmacy (7 mins) and McDonalds and a range of restaurants (10 mins) away. Our local agent will be on-call 24 hours a day for emergencies. We will supply maps on how to get to the villa and some driving instructions to various locations within the area. Our single storey villa is spacious, fully air-conditioned and furnished to the highest standard. There is a 24 x 12 privately screened heated pool. The pool can be heated upon request at £70/$115 per week. We suggest this is only required between the months of October through to March, but you can request any time. LAUNDRY ROOM/GARAGE * Double Garage * Located in the Garage are the Tumble Dryer, Washing Machine, Ironing Board and Iron. * BBQ BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS * Master with Queen-Size bed, walk-in closet and luxury en-suite bathroom with patio doors to the pool area. * Bedroom 2 with double-Size bed, built in wardrobe, draw units, with an en-suite with double walk-in shower, that also leads to the pool area. * Bedroom 3 with two single beds, draw units and built in wardrobe. * Third Bathroom is classed as the family bathroom which is located between Bedrooms 2 and 3.
