| A privately owned, six-plex that is directly across from the Atlantic Ocean. Open and airy with six glass walls and tile throughout. Sit on your balcony and watch the stars and listen to the ocean. The living area has a large comfortable seating arrangement and a TV with I-Control access to your favorite movies any time you want. In the downstairs area is a computer with high speed RoadRunner digital access for your use (Up to 3 times faster than DSL). The kitchen has everything you normally find in your own home. The master bath is located off the living area so everyone has convenient access. In this bath you will find a large closet with everything including extra sheets, beach towels, pet throws for the furniture, and more. We have our own private parking lot with spaces for you and your guests right outside your door. We have tried to equip this home away from home with everything you might possibly need. There is even a laundry room available for your use. The master bedroom puts you in the "Beach" mood from the second your eyes open in the morning. Take your morning coffee and newspaper and relax under a big shade tree in the rear courtyard and listen to the sounds of nature. Downstairs has a private entrance. In this area you will find a queen sleeper sofa, a computer with high-speed digital Internet access, a second TV, half bath, and private courtyard. A handy outdoor shower to rinse the sand off on you way back from the beach... Just a few short steps away. PETS: We do allow two dogs or cats with no weight restrictions. Some insurance restrictions limit us to not allowing certain breeds of canine. ADDITIONAL RENT INFORMATION: Rates are per night, week or month (rates shown below). Special events and holiday weeks priced separately. Add 12.5% Resort Tax. Plus $85 Cleaning Fee and $100.00 Reservation/Security Deposit. There is an additional $100.00 deposit for pets. Check-in is after 3 PM; checkout is before 10 AM. Smoking is allowed in our outside areas only, Balconies or courtyard. SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS: Sleeps up to six people. Queen-size bed in master bedroom, double sleeper sofa in the living area, and a queen sleeper sofa in downstairs bedroom. Sleeper sofas have deluxe foam pads for maximum comfort. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES IN THIS UNIT: Computer with digital high-speed Internet access, two digital cable TV's, garbage disposal, and laundry room in building. Large private parking lot. CLOSE ATTRACTIONS: A short, convenient drive to all the restaurants and shopping in the area. Close enough to all the Central Florida parks and sights to see any one of them as a comfortable day trip. Drive to Disney for the day, St. Augustine, Cape Canaveral, Canaveral National Seashore (at your back door), Bok Tower, Turtle Mound, Silver Springs, Daytona Speedway (half hour), a variety of great golf courses, plus another endless number of things to fill your leisure hours. And don’t forget the beach just a few short steps away. |
