Weekly rates: 7 times weekly rate for stays of 6 nights or more. Monthly rates: 25 times the nightly rate. Pool Heat is available optionally at $120 USD/week. Sorry, pool heat is not available on a nighly basis due to heat pump linmitations (needs to be started more than a day before heated pool use) Stays of less than 6 nights will incur a cleaning charge: $95 $200 per week secures the booking, balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. Cancellation Policy: If the guest wishes to cancel the booking he should advise the owners agent by fax or e-mail. The owner shall be entitled to retain all payments already made (except the Security Deposit) and to recover, if not already paid the balance of the rental charge as follows: 30-60 days notice: 50% of the rental charge Less than 30 days notice: 100% of the rental charge Deposit Amount: $200.00 Security Amount Required: $250.00 Number of Days Balance Due Before Arrival Date: 8 weeks Minimum Stay: 3 Nights |
