Accommodations: Townhouse - 4 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s) - 3.5 Baths - (Sleeps 2-10) Townhouse as seen from the Gulf of Mexico - Miramar Beach, FL - Florida Vacation Rental - In the Destin, & Fort Walton Beach Area! This townhouse can be rented to fit your needs. The townhouse has two separate units that can be rented separately or together for a larger family or party. The top two levels are unit A and consist of two bedrooms, a full kitchen, living room, and two and one-half baths. There is a private deck on both levels. Unit A can accomodate up to six people. Unit B is the bottom level. It has one bedroom, living room, efficiency kitchen, and balcony. Unit B can accomodate up to four people. Together units A & B accomodate up to 10 people. Both units have a private entrance from Scenic Gulf Highway (Old Highway 98) and can be connected by an interior door. The private beach and large beach deck are accessed via the private/keyed staircase from all levels. The beach and large deck are accessible from all sleeping areas without interfering with anybody else's privacy. Just a step off of the large beach deck and you are directly on a private beach. There are several good restaurants within walking distance from the beach. Destin offers many world class golf courses and there is a large outlet mall nearby. With advanced planning for such events as weddings, family reuniions and business meetings, utulizing the other townhomes in the same complex, we can accomodate up to 50 or more people.
