This family-owned spacious 4 bedroom, 3 full bath, air-conditioned Villa with a private south facing heated and screened pool and spa provide everything that your family could need to have a memorable and fun stay in the Disney area. As many of our guests have said, this is the perfect place for you and your family to enjoy all that the area offers and still offer you a quiet and comfortable setting to relax each evening. Imagine relaxing in the heated spa, while you are watching the kids enjoy a swim and hopefully working off some of their energy. This Villa is located in prestigious Emerald Island which is perfectly located less than 4 miles from Disney and is also very convenient to many other attractions that this exciting area has to offer. It is one of the most sought after resorts with every possible amenity available in an exclusive gated community. There is no other resort community that is any closer to Disney. In fact, the kids will feel like they are practically staying in Mickey's backyard. The Emerald Island Clubhouse is a vibrant center of activity for the community. As a guest of our Villa, you have free access to all of these activities. It won't take you long to feel the comforts of home in our custom designed and furnished Villa. The Family room offers you the opportunity to relax and take in a good movie on the DVD/VCR player. The kids can even enjoy some of their favorite music on the AM/FM CD player. The formal Living Room and Dining Room provide you with additional space that allow our guests to have more room than they will need. If you are like us, you will soon discover after a busy day at the parks, there is nothing better than relaxing with the family at your very own private heated pool and spa. The pool also serves as a wonderful setting to enjoy your morning coffee and newspaper by the pool before the kids appear for their morning pancakes. The pool area comes complete with table and 4 chairs plus two lounge chairs for complete relaxation in the sun. The Villa will accommodate up to 10 people comfortably. The 2 master suites are exquisitely furnished with your comfort in mind. They offer 1 king and 1 queen size bed, private full bath, cable TV, and enormous closet space for plenty of storage. One of the Master Suites overlooks the pool area. There are two additional bedrooms that offer 2 twin beds and are decorated in a way that will please any child. Finally, there is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the Family room to provide even more flexibility for your sleeping arrangements. The fully equipped Kitchen is open to the Family room so that everyone is included in the conversation and activities. The Kitchen offers all appliances including full size Refrigerator/Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Range/Oven, and Garbage Disposal, and Coffee Maker. For your added convenience, our Villa does offer a Washer/Dryer, Iron, and Ironing Board. Just minutes from Disney and other Orlando attractions. The Kennedy Space Center and beaches are just 1 hour away. Convenient to restaurants and shopping for any of your needs.
