Pool Area: The pool area is not overlooked and has marvellous views with an extra large decking and pool area/Jacuzzi is south facing and very private overlooking the 9th fairway and not overlooked by other villas. The Jacuzzi controls are poolside. Pool furniture and a gas bar-b-q make this a wonderful addition to you holiday enjoyment. Being south facing the pool is in full sun from sunrise to sunset Situated on a large pie shaped plot there is an added feeling of spaciousness Living Areas: The spacious 24ft lounge area has recently been tilesand a vaulted cathedral ceiling gives feeling of spaciousness. From the dishwasher to the microwave oven, standard hob and full size oven (range) and a large refrigerator with integral ice maker. There is also a waste disposal unit, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle The whole area is tiled in ceramic tiles. Extra windows including a bay window have been added to this villa to make it very bright and airy. House Intercom with surround music throughout even beside the pool Bedrooms: The master bedroom overlooks the golf course, through a large bay window. The spacious linked en-suite bathroom and it has a full size tub and enormous walkin shower. an over-sized walk-in storage and clothes cupboard, a double vanity unit, toilet and tiled flooring. Bedroom two is furnished with two twin beds and overlooks the front garden. Decorated with an adult them, there is a ceiling fan for added comfort. Games area There is also a games area in the garage, featuring electronic darts, air hockey and fooseball tables. This area ia carpeted. It also houses the wasing machine and tumble dryer. Where are we GOLF & Disney or DISNEY & golf. The choice is yours. Situated on Hwy 27 south there is easy access to all the local attractions. The Gulf and Atlantic caost are both with easy reach. Golf can be played on site at Southern Dunes and the Steve Smyers designed course has been rated 4 stars by Golf Digest magazine and is ranked in the top 100 golf courses in the United States and 6th top course in Florida! The course is a links style one and offers a challenge to all. The villas are bulit around the course and the community of Southern Dunes offers well maintained tennis courts, 3 community pools, a community gym, the golf clubhouse with restaurant, bar and well stocked pro shop.
