| Annie’s Retreat has a wonderfully large open floorplan that allows for maximum living space. The open floor plan of our villa is equipped with beautiful, comfortable furnishings, a spacious dining area, open plan kitchen and a delightful breakfast nook, yet it can provide privacy for all members of your party. It boasts 5 Bedrooms and Four Bathrooms (2 of them are en-suite). The villa features vaulted (cathedral) ceilings throughout, central air conditioning and boasts welcoming ceiling fans and skylights. All 5 Bedrooms have Ceiling Fans for your comfort. The main living area also has a large, Cable TV/VCR (video recorder), DVD Player and a Stereo Radio/CD Player/Cassette Player for your enjoyment. The main living area looks out onto the Lanai and the private, oversized thirty foot luxurious pool, which can be easily accessed through French Doors. The Lanai area (covered patio area) and pool deck are equipped with sun-loungers and beautiful patio furniture that offers seating perfect for al-fresco dining. Both master suites have a touch of self-contained luxury. You will find one King-size Master bedroom suite (American King-size bed) with en-suite bathroom and Cable TV/VCR, Ceiling Fan, Phone, Answering Machine, and Alarm Clock. There is also a lounge chair to relax in. The en-suite has a Garden tub, a walk-in glass enclosed, free standing shower plus a walk-in closet. The 2nd Master Suite features an American Queen-size bed and also has an en-suite bathroom. It also features a Cable TV/VCR, Ceiling Fan, Phone and Alarm Clock. Both Master Suites have private entrances to the Lanai/Pool area. There are also two Twin bedrooms (each with two twin beds), both of the twin rooms have Cable TV/VCR’s, & both have Ceiling Fans. One of the Twin Bedrooms has a bathroom right outside and the other has a bathroom between it and the 5th bedroom. The fifth bedroom has a Double-sized bed plus a Ceiling Fan & a Phone. All rooms are Cable ready so any TV can be moved for your convenience. The main living area also has a pullout, Queen-size sofa bed. The villa has a separate laundry room with a large capacity automatic Maytag washing machine and tumble dryer. For your convenience all the linen and towels you will need for your stay are included. There is a large garage with parking for two cars. Nothing has been overlooked in this luxurious spacious villa. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with top of the line Maytag appliances that include a large oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker, coffee maker and all the amenities needed to cater for up to 12 people.
