| The house was built in 2000, and consists of 4 bedrooms (1 master, 1 double, and 2 twins), 3 bathrooms, and a large private heated swimming pool situated within a tranquil lakeside setting within a peaceful residential area. The 4 bedrooms sleep 8 people in a comfort that is normally only found at home. The master bedroom contains a queen size bed, cable TV, DVD player, a walk in wardrobe and a large ensuite area with a large corner bath, shower cubicle and vanity unit. The swimming pool can be accessed via a set of sliding doors that overlook the main lake of Sunset Lakes and beyond. Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed, cable TV, DVD player, plenty of storage space and its own bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are tastefully decorated twin rooms. Each room has cable TV (bedroom 3 has a DVD player whilst bedroom 4 has a VCR player) and offer direct access to a shared bathroom. All bedrooms offer the comforts of home; plenty of storage space, bedside cabinets, lamps, alarm clocks etc. whilst all linen is provided as standard. The main living area consists of a lounge, a dining area, breakfast bar and fully fitted kitchen. The lounge has superb views looking out over the pool and lake outside and contains seating for the whole family, a large screen TV (cable TV and DVD) and offers access to the pool area outside. The dining area has a dining table (seats 6) and a large breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons e.g. cooker, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, a large fridge freezer and coffee maker. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided as standard. The laundry area houses a large washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities and additional storage space. All bed linen and towels are provided for your use free of charge. At the rear of the house is a lanai (covered patio) and screened pool deck. There is also an external shower. The pool measures 28' x 14', with a minimum depth of 3.5' and a maximum depth of 5'. The area is complemented by 2 fountains, underwater lighting and ample pool furniture allowing for both sunbathing and outside diniing. Other features of the house include a credit card facility telephone with free local calls and a safe for your valuables. As a guest of ours you also have complimentary use of a community pool, childrens play area and are welcome to fish on the lake free of charge. The property is professionally managed by a local company who will help and assist you should you encounter any problems during your stay. Cots, high chairs and a baby sitting service can be arranged if you intend on brining any younger children. Maid service is provided between individual rentals although additional cleans are available for an additional cost. Sunset Lakes is a beautifully designed and exclusive gated community of 3, 4, and 5 bedroomed houses built around 2 large lakes in Kissimmee, convieniently located for access to the I4 and 192 roads. Though only 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and just minutes away from the DisneyWorld resort, Sunset Lakes provides a wonderfully tranquil setting for your stay in Orlando, well hidden from the usual tourist track. While staying at the villa you are free to enjoy complimentary use of the children's play area, the community pool, or simply fish on Sunset Lake. The property is located on Funie Steed Road, a couple of minutes from a good collection of shops (including 24 hour supermarket, photo shop and chemist) and restaurants such as TGI Fridays, Outback Steakhouse, Gordinos etc. The US192 nearby is also an excellent place to find many other dining, shopping and entertainment facilities. Sunset Lakes is an excellent base for a Florida holiday: 4 miles from DisneyWorld 15 - 20 minutes from other major attractions such as Universal Studios, Wet and Wild and Sea World. 9 golf courses within 6 miles Further afield to the east lie Cape Canaveral (Kennedy Space Center), Daytona Beach and the Atlantic Ocean; these are approximately 1 hours easy drive away. Tampa (Busch Gardens, Adventure Island), the beaches of Clearwater and St Petersburg on the Gulf Coast are about 1hour 15 minutes driving time to the west. |
