Oak Island Cove is a small beautiful enclave conveniently located off Route 192 in Kissimmee just 2 miles to Disney property, with grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants close enough to walk to. Our villa has been designed to accommodate large parties. It is furnished in a contemporary style with comfortable couches in the family and living rooms as well as plenty of places for dining. Decorated and cared for so that you will feel like you walked into your own vacation home the moment you step in the door! The 2 master bedrooms offer new king size pillow top mattresses as of 7/7/04 with Ensuite bathrooms with adjustable shower heads. All bedrooms and bathrooms have new linens with 100% cotton high thread count sheets, new mattress pads, pillows, comforters, and towels. The 1st floor master boasts a Roman tub, 2 walk in closets, a 27 inch TV, DVD player, and direct access to the pool. A queen size bedroom with 25 inch TV and DVD player shares a bathroom with a kids' Jungle themed room with twin over double futon, crib, TV, and toy box. There is port-a-crib, high chair, booster seat, and baby gate as well. Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms. The 2nd master bedroom has a beautiful four poster bed, 25 inch TV and DVD player, as well as an Ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms each have two twin beds with a bath between. One has a 25" TV with DVD player and the other has a 13" TV. The kitchen is equipped with, microwave, fridge/freezer with built in icemaker, self-cleaning oven, 4 slice toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, blender, dust buster, and a waste disposal unit. There are dishes, glasses, and silverware for 14. Additionally there is a BBQ for pool side grilling. There is a utility room with washing machine and dryer. An iron, ironing board, and vacuum are also provided. There are 7 TV's throughout the villa all with cable access along with 5 DVD players and a VCR to watch the latest movies. There is a Sony Playstation 2 as well as surround sound system in the family room. There is a telephone with free local calls. The villa is equipped with DVD's, VHS tapes, video games, toys, and books. For relaxation in the hot Florida sun, the villa has a screened in pool/spa which can be heated in the winter months and lanai. Pool furniture, toys, floats, and towels are also provided. The villa is south facing so the lanai and pool are exposed to the sun for most of the day.
