| Our luxury full air-conditioned villa is new for March 2003 and is only 5 minutes from the entrance to Disney. The 4 bedrooms include 2 Masters with en-suites and a third bathroom shared by 2 twin bedded rooms. Master bedroom 1 consists of an American King size bed, TV, DVD and walk-in wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom has large bath and a walk in shower. Master bedroom 2 has an American Queen size bed (like a UK King), TV and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. 2 further twin bedded Disney theme rooms share the third bathroom and shower. There are TV’s with video players in each room and a Playstation in the Mickey room. There is also a single fold up guest bed and 2 travel cots. There are French doors leading to the pool area in both the master bedroom and the main living/gathering room. The screened pool is South facing, 30 ft by 15 ft with spa with 4 jets, there are covers on the patio chairs and 4 sun lounges. The deck has also been extended to give plenty of sun bathing space. The covered area (Lanai) gives a nice shaded area to sit outside. There is a privacy fence around the pool area and a child safety fence, which is easily removed when adults are supervising the pool. The garage has a 7ft slate bed pool table and foosball (table football). A large snakes and ladders and hop-scotch for the children to enjoy, are painted on the floor. Our villa is on a quiet residential estate called Indian Creek, only 1 mile from local shops, restaurants and doctors. There are 2 children's play areas, a football pitch, a tennis court, a basketball court, pitch and putt and two jogging tracks for the energetic. Our villa has a 24 hr monitored alarm system. It is managed by local care takers. We have tried to think of everything possible to make your holiday as easy and enjoyable as possible. If you want any help or advice please do not hesitate to contact us. We do not allow smoking in our villa, but it is ok to smoke in the pool area. |
