| Description: Our privately owned spacious, luxury, 3 BR 2 BA villa sleeps 8 and is perfect for your family vacation to the Disney area. Centrally located near all the attractions and restaurants. Just bring clothes and sunscreen. Everything you need is in the villa. Our beautiful 1,285 square-foot vacation rental provides all the comforts of home. It is just 7 minutes to Disney World /MGM Studios/Epcot Center and pleasure Island. It is a short drive to Universal studios, Sea world, Water world, City Walk, International Drive, Islands of Adventure, Gator land, Golf courses, Bush Gardens, and the Kennedy Space Center. We are located just off Route 192 so restaurants and shopping are just around the corner. See our map for travel times and locations. One of the reasons we love our condo is its location. We're on the 1st floor so no stairs to lug suitcases up. Our clubhouse / pool are just across the parking area. Don't want to drive we have a free A/C bus that will transport and return you from Disney World / MGM Studios and Epcot Center. Discount tickets are available from our management company. That's right you have full use of everything Holiday Villas management has to offer too. Why rent from us? 1 Cost, privately owned we can rent cheaper then most and provide more since we put are own efforts into the villa its not like a hotel room. 2 We have lower cost because we are new owners and want your comments posted to are website. We want your word of mouth to spread to friends and family. 3 Our cancellation policy can’t be beat by anyone, up to 72 hours before you arrival. 4 Our management company is well known for its service. 5 Location, Centrally located near all attractions.! |
