| Here's a Florida vacation rental with all the comforts of home, within minutes of world-class speckled trout fishing waters. This modular home is located in gated Shell Point Village, with swimming pool and tennis court privileges. There's a large boat dock on a deep-water canal, just a minute away and one canal over from the boat launch at the Shell Point Marina. The living quarters feature three bedrooms, two baths, a large family area with pool table and big-screen TV, dining room, laundry room and fully-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are furnished with a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, and a futon bunk bed (full size mattress on the bottom, twin size on the top.) There's also a futon sleeper sofa located in the den. These accommodations will sleep eight people comfortably. Perfect for a family or a few guys who just want to fish. Directions: Take US 319 South from Tallahassee to Crawfordville. Turn left at the second traffic light (just past Hardee's) onto Lower Bridge Rd. Go to the first stop sign and take a right on Spring Creek Rd. Cross over US 98 and go about one mile; take the left fork at the Shell Point sign. Go about five miles and take a left into Shell Point Village. Once inside the gate, take a right and follow the road (curves to the left) to 57 Janet Drive, which is on the right. |
