This room has large French doors opening onto the deck area and a separate door opening out onto the lanai area. >>We have two Dining areas; one area is off the kitchen and has large French doors opening out onto the lanai, again overlooking the pool and lake, and the other Dining area is in the front of the house with a Large Oak Table and Dining Chairs custom made by Cathy Ireland Furniture. >>The most popular room in the house is the Games Room that has a full size pool table with overhead lighting, electronic Dart board, bar table, stools and a comfortable leather sofa, Books and games are available, all this is set on the most unusual Amtico Floor with a sparkle!! >>The Home has three opulent Ground floor King Master Suites, all three sumptuous, one with large French doors overlooking the beautiful lake. All the suites have fully upgraded Bathrooms with beautiful Italian Tiling, sumptuous towels and all have hairdryers. All the beds are custom made with thick top of the range pillow topped mattresses of superb quality. Beautiful custom made Furniture, Bed Linen and window drapes of the highest quality; TVs in every room with remote control, all have clock radios. >>Our fourth bedroom also on the ground floor is a Queen Suite, with large French doors overlooking the lake, beautiful custom made bed and furniture, a sumptuous pillow topped Mattress, custom bedding and window drapes, TV, with remote control and clock radio. The bathroom for this room has a full size shower and an entry out onto the pool area. >> Upstairs we have the 5th Bedroom Our “Captains Room” this is our sea faring room with two sets of Bunk beds sleeping four, custom made cabin furniture with port holes! TV, and Playstation2 plenty of toys and books to keep the children amused for hours. >>Next door we have our 6th bedroom a second children’s bedroom with twin beds, extremely attractive custom made furniture with “Hello Kitty” and sparkles is the theme in this room, Look out for the novelty TV and clock radio all themed to match. Toys and books are plenty. The two children's bedrooms share a bathroom suite. >> Our 7th Bedroom is a lovely en suite room with furniture custom designed by Jessica McClintock. There are twin beds with sumptuous mattresses, TV, and clock radio. The bathroom has a full size walk in shower sumptuous towels and hairdryer >> The Most incredible feature this beautiful home has to offer is the Pool and Terraced Sun deck, Lake facing spa, waterfalls, sprays, and your own private nighttime light show. The pool offers an amazing feature it has a negative edge that becomes fully apparent whilst swimming in the pool or sitting in the spa as it appears that the pool merges in with the Lake The pool and terraced Sun Decks are South Facing and so the sun is with us all day, so around the pool area we have lots of good quality upholstered chairs, sun loungers and side Tables. There are two very large Sun Parasols offering shade for the fair skinned. We have a large lanai area with cooling fans, outdoor sound system and a large Dining Table and chairs for Alfresco Dining. >> Outside of the caged pool area you will find a sun deck for barbecuing or sunbathing. Beautiful landscaped tropical Lawns 50` walk to the waters edge so if fishing is your thing then borrow our two fishing rods put in the house for your enjoyment. >>Whether you are eating breakfast with the morning sunshine or enjoying a meal in the evening. Watching the sunset over the lake and listening to the water flowing, you really could not wish for a better place. >> Another point worth mentioning is the safety aspect our home has to offer. All the doors and windows to the pool area are alarmed and can only be deactivated by adults or older children, hard wired smoke alarms, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, wall safe, 24hour security alarm system with direct access to the emergency services and security company. Although we consider this house to be safe and secure we are pleased to report that the local sheriff regularly patrols the Estate. |
