It also has a family room, sitting room and dining room. A larger than average swimming pool and oversize deck area are all screened and set within a large garden which means that the neighbors are not on top of you. Which means that the neighbours are not on top of you, quite unlike what you will find in most Florida rentals. A crib and high chair are provided free of charge for any infant in your party. Located on highway 192 West, we are only a 5-10 minute drive to Disney. With the best of Florida golf at hand and bass fishing on nearby lakes, what could be better? Set on a community of woodland and small lakes, it is convenient yet quiet. A small shopping mall with a number of quality restaurants is located on the main drive to provide convenient shopping, just a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive. Main attractions within easy reach are all the Disney parks, Sea World and Universal Studios. The beaches on both coasts can be reached within one hours drive and there are just too many great golf courses to list. The home is fully equipped and includes the following as an example; Phone, Air conditioning, Cable TV, luxury Pool, Microwave, Dishwasher, Full kitchen, (toaster, coffee maker, ice maker.) Washer, Dryer, iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner. Cable TV is provided in four rooms including the two master bedrooms. There are three VCR's and video collection and two DVD players with DVD collection. The second DVD is actually an XBOX games machine and we have provided 7 games for your entertainment. All linens provided, a large array of towels and hairdryers. Cookware and utensils provided to cater for up to 8 people, Double Garage, screening to pool. The vacation villa is professionally maintained and fully licensed. No pets and smoking is allowed, but only in the pool area and not in the home.
