| Tranquility Villa allows maximum living space. The open floor plan of our villa's main living area is equipped with beautiful, comfortable furnishings, a spacious dining area, open plan kitchen and a delightful breakfast nook, yet it can provide privacy for all members of your party. The villa features vaulted (cathedral) ceilings throughout, central air conditioning and boasts welcoming ceiling fans and skylights. The Main Living area and all 5 Bedrooms have Ceiling Fans. The main living area also has a large, Cable TV/VCR (video recorder), DVD Player and a Stereo Radio/CD Player/Cassette Player for your enjoyment. The living area looks out onto the Lanai and the private, oversized thirty foot luxurious pool. The Lanai area (covered patio area) and pool deck are equipped with sun-loungers and seating perfect for al-fresco dining. Both master suites have a touch of self-contained luxury.You will find one King-size Master bedroom suite (American King-size bed) with en-suite bathroom and Cable TV/VCR, Ceiling Fan, Phone & Alarm Clock. The en-suite has a Garden tub, a walk-in glass enclosed, free standing shower plus a walk-in closet. One American Queen-size Master bedroom suite, with en-suite bathroom and Cable TV/VCR, Ceiling Fan, Phone & Alarm Clock. Both Master Suites have private entrances to the Lanai/Pool area. There is also two Twin bedrooms (each with two twin beds), one of the children's rooms has a Cable TV/VCR, & both have Ceiling Fans. There is a bathroom between them. The fifth bedroom has a Double-size bed with a bathroom right outside plus a Ceiling Fan & a Cable TV/VCR & a Phone. All rooms are Cable ready. The main living area also has a pullout, Queen-size sofa bed. There is a separate laundry room with a large capacity automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. For your convenience all the linen and towels you will need for your stay are included. There is a large garage with parking for two cars. Nothing has been overlooked in this luxurious spacious villa. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with top of the line Maytag appliances that include a large oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker, coffee maker and all the amenities needed to cater for up to 12 people. Amenities: 3 Phones with Free Local Service. You can make long distance calls using a pre-paid calling card Answering machine Air Conditioning, 6 Ceiling Fans (1 in Great Room & 1 in each Bedroom) 4 Cable TV’s, 4 VCR's, VCR Tapes (Including Children's Tapes) DVD Player, Stereo/CD/Cassette Player Heated In ground Pool Fully equipped Full-size Gourmet kitchen with breakfast nook Microwave, Dishwasher, Full Size Washer/Dryer, Ice Maker, Cookware, Utensils, Dishes Plenty of towels & 2 sets of linens for each bed. Coffee Maker, Toaster, Blender 4 Hair Dryers, Iron, ironing Board 2 Alarm Clocks There is even a new Playpen/Bassinet with Sheets & Baby Blankets that your baby can sleep safely in (& it's portable so you can use it on the Lanai), 'Peg Perego' Highchair, Baby Swing, Strollers plus other baby/children's gear. Please check with me for a complete list. BBQ grills can be rented from our Management Company as well as additional baby equipment. For peace of mind, our family run Management Company is available 24 hours a day and Tranquility Villa is also equipped with an alarm system for added security. |
