| Family Room With plenty of room for all to relax, the Family Room has a peaceful outlook onto the pool. This spacious room, with vaulted ceiling, overlooks & provides access to the pool and deck area. There is a 31 inch television with cable, a DVD player and video recorder for all to enjoy. The sectional sleeper-sofa can be used for an additional guest. Kitchen Centrally located between the family & dining rooms, it is fully fitted with all modern appliances. As well as conventional oven and hob, there is a microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer with icemaker, waste disposal unit, electric kettle and coffee maker. There is ample crockery and utensils for all your needs. For less formal occasions you have a breakfast bar, or for more formal dining, there is a separate dining room table and chairs with six place settings. Laundry There is a separate laundry area, equipped with automatic washing machine & tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Master Bedroom, En suite The spacious Master Bedroom is downstairs, and has a king-size bed. The en suite bathroom hosts a sumptuous bath where you can relax in privacy and soak away the strains of the day. It also has a walk-in separate shower enclosure, toilet and twin washbasins. There is a TV with cable for your enjoyment. Safe facilities are provided in the walk-in closet. Master Bedroom 2 - En suite Bedroom 2 has a Queen Size bed and is located downstairs. The en-suite comprises vanity unit, shower and toilet. This second master room also has cable TV. Bedroom 3 - En suite Bedroom 3 has a Queen Size bed and is located upstairs and has an en-suite bathroom with toilet, tub with shower and washbasin. There is also cable TV. Bedrooms 4 & 5 Both these upstairs rooms are furnished with twin beds. Bedroom 6 Also upstairs is the Disney themed room with triple bunk bed, great fun for children. Main Bathroom This bathroom, with toilet, washbasin and tub with shower, is easily accessible to bedrooms 4, 5 & 6 Pool, Spa & Patio area The 26' x 13' pool is incorporated within the oversized 40' x 25' deck area, the pool itself has been upgraded to 28ft by 14ft, with spa Jacuzzi, and has underwater lighting. This whole area is screened to keep out any bugs. A selection of sun beds and chairs are also by the pool. The pool area is protected by a safety fence, which prevents unsupervised access to the pool by small children. The fence is easily rolled back for supervised use. Optional pool heating is available at extra cost. There is a cabana bathroom, with a shower, that is perfect for children popping in and out of the pool. Games Room With pool table and foosball, TV with DVD/VCR and Playstaion 2, just the place for teens to relax. A telephone is provided with free local calls, for other calls and international calls a phone card can be purchased at the local supermarket, which gives exceptional value. The telephone number will be issued prior to departure and may be given to close family etc, who may wish to contact you during your stay. Hairdryers are supplied for your convenience. There is an abundant supply of towels available for use at the villa, both inside and at the pool. Our management company will be available 24 hours a day and you will find them very friendly and helpful should you have any questions or problems during your stay. |
