Our home was designed with multifamily vacations in mind and the difference is obvious! Here is a small list of some of the amenities that set us apart from other vacation homes: Home comfortably sleeps 12 in beds and is perfect for affordable multifamily vacations. Southern exposure Disappearing Edge Swimming Pool Slip in between 400-thread count sheets every evening. Everyone gets his or her own bedroom for a good night sleep! 6 bedrooms total; 4 bedrooms with King Sized Beds Experience Zen with a hot soak in our 90-gallon custom soaking tub Enjoy a quiet evening playing Pictionary or Scattegories or one of our other board games. We love babies! You don't have lug equipment from home. Free for your use are cribs, high chair and pack n play to help make your stay more enjoyable. Like a cold one on the beach but hate lugging a cooler? Use our wheeled cooler for easy transport. Kids love our toy closet and videos. Moms and Dads love that it keeps them occupied for hours! And lots more! The house was completed in December 2002. All the furnishings are brand new. The home is on a quiet cul-de-sac, on a Gulf-Access canal and is about 15 minutes from the river by boat. By car, the closest public beach is 10 minutes away and the closest Gulf Beach is 25 minutes. You are less then 10 minutes away from kayaking, a water theme park, golf and tennis. In a three-mile radius of the house are handfuls of restaurants, grocery stores, Target, Super Wal-Mart, a movie theater and just about any other convenience a family would need on vacation! |
