| A Condominium is an American term for blocks of apartments. Like everything in the USA our "Condo" is large and spacious and certainly offers similar living areas to any comparable 3 bed villa. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people although it has the facility to take up to 8 with a queen size sofa bed in the lounge. Although it doesn't have its own private pool like a villa the two large community pools and hot tubs are far bigger than a private one and in the cooler months they are heated at no extra cost. Being communal pools they give you the chance of meeting and socialising with other residents and guests which can add to the enjoyment of your holiday. Our Home has a generous 1400 square feet of air-conditioned living space and is managed by our small, local, family- run Management Company, who live nearby. They are easily contacted and ready to deal with any emergencies that might occur during your stay. You don't have to worry about collection or the return of keys as entry to our home is through a coded keypad lock. There is a key-safe backup in case of failure. Three Bedrooms The Master Bedroom has double sliding glass doors leading out onto a spacious balcony which receives the sun most of the day. The balcony overlooks a small lake and has a patio table and chairs. There is a New King size bed, walk-in wardrobes, dressing table, bedside cabinets and lamps, ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom containing a large shower, vanity unit and WC. There is also cable TV for those who wish to watch late night movies in bed! The Second Bedroom has a Queen size bed, bedside table and light, dressing table and walk-in wardrobe. The Third Bedroom has Twin beds, bedside tables and lamps, dressing table and walk-in wardrobe. A standard sized baby crib can also be provided on request. These two bedrooms share the Main Bathroom, which contains bath with overhead shower, vanity unit, and WC. Hairdryers are also provided for your convenience. Ceiling Fans are installed in each bedroom for your added comfort along with the Air Conditioning. The Fully fitted kitchen area contains a double sink unit with waste disposal, full size cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer with its own ice-maker and dishwasher. There are plenty of glasses, pots and pans and crockery for complete self-catering. Also provided are full laundry facilities in the form of a washer, tumble dryer and full-size ironing board. There is also a breakfast bar with stools and extensive working surface. There is a telephone, and as E.T. said "Phone Home". Well, now you can as all LOCAL, LONG DISTANCE and INTERNATIONAL calls are FREE as part of your rental package. A computer with Internet Access is also provided for your convenience. The Through Lounge and Dining area contains dining table and six chairs, armchair and two sofas, one of which converts to a queen size bed. There is also cable TV and VCR with recording tapes and a music centre for your entertainment. There is a Video Library situated in the Publix Shopping Mall close to the US 27 where you can rent films. A newly opened Wal-Mart store can also be found on the US 27 going North. In the closet we have accumulated buckets, spades, goggles, snorkels and floats which are suitable for children to use. There are also some Tennis Racquets and balls if you are feeling energetic! Just put them back after use for others to enjoy. We also leave reading matter and there are several paperback novels in the entertainment unit for you to look at and enjoy reading. Please leave or replace for others. All bedding and a plentiful supply of towels and a complete change of sheets and extra pillows, etc., are provided for your comfort. We are pleased to welcome guests into our home who treat it with the respect they would afford their own. Remember, it is our home too which is why our managers take the utmost care in looking after it for us. Our rates are not necessarily the cheapest, nor are they the dearest, but we believe that they are excellent value for money and give you far more than any hotel at the same rate. |
