| Orange Tree! Beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath large pool and spa just 12 miles from Disney. This beautiful home has 2 master suites and 2 bedrooms sharing 1 bathroom. Other amenities are fully equipped kitchen, 4 TV's, VCR, DVD, STEREO, Park Grill, washer, dryer. Orange Tree also features Kids Playgrounds.... 4 bedroom 3 bath 2 master suites with Spa 12 minutes from Disney! 1 King, 1 Queen, 4 twin, 1 sleeper sofa TV's in all bedrooms. Park Grill! IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR VACATION *Sorry, but no pets are allowed. *No smoking inside, any guest found in violation at anytime will be asked to leave. All monies for reservation will be forfeited. RATES: Low season - $120 September, January, May, April Mid Season - $145 Feb, March, Oct. Nov. Dec High Season -$170 Easter, New Years, Thanksgiving, Christmas, June, July, August Holiday Seasons: One week before and the week of the holiday. Easter season: Thanksgiving : Christmas & New Years: Less than 7 nights there is a cleaning fee for all homes, these are the rates: 4 - $85.00 Deposit to reserve the home is $250.00. *A 12% tax (13% as of July 04) is charged on nightly rental rates and pool heat per Oscola County Tax Board. *Check-in Time is after 4:00 pm and Check-out Time is before 10:00 am. *Gas Pool/Spa Heat is available year round at $245/weekly or $35/day. Gas heats the water faster and hotter than electric giving you more satisfaction. Please note that if you do not pay for pool heat then the spa is unheated. *Should damage beyond normal wear and tear or theft occurs, you will be charged against your security deposit initially for the damage or stolen item(s) after your departure. If loss is more than the deposit, then you agree to be personally responsible. Items in your home are inventoried before and after your visit. Please notify our office if any damage is noted or items missing upon your arrival. A cleaning fee is charged if stay is 6 nights or less. No cleaning fee for 7 or more night bookings. Directions to your home will be sent to you by email with your confirmation. A lock box at the front door allows access upon arrival and the number of lock box will be sent to you by email 1 week prior your arrival. |
