| Our home has been awarded with the prestigious American AAA Award. Set in picturesque orange groves, and boarded by conservation areas, our villa is situated on a new exclusive development of homes. Our home is located off Highway 27 North, just 2 miles north of Highway 192 West. Orange Tree has a football pitch, basketball pitch, recreational space and a children’s play area. It is ideally situated for access to Disney which is only 10 minutes away. The coast and beaches of Tampa, are only 55 miles away which is about 1 hours driving. Supermarkets and takeaways are only 2 minutes drive, with a larger selection of restaurants and shops just 5 minutes away. There are several good golf courses near our home. If you fancy trying something different, why not try a hot balloon ride, which takes off from Orange Tree. We are pleased to share with you our newly built home “Magnolia Breeze”. It is a four bedroom, three bathroom, fully air-conditioned, double garaged home, which can sleep 8 to 10 people. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. We have an oversized family room which is situated off the kitchen and overlooks the pool. It comes with cable TV, VCR, CD player, DVD Player with choice of films, and a selection of board games. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker etc. The nook is just off the kitchen for informal eating. We have a more formal dining room and living room, separate to the family room and nook, which hosts a queen bed sofa, should you require additional bedding. The laundry room is complete with washer/dryer. Also provided is an iron/ironing board and hairdryer. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with walk in closet, TV, and with access to the pool. The 2nd bedroom is a queen sized room with cable TV and a second bathroom. This also leads out to the pool and patio area. The 3rd/4th bedrooms are twin rooms with Cable TV, VCR and Playstation with a selection of games. Our villa comes equipped with a travel cot and highchair. B.B.Q. for your use. Use of a safe. Magnolia Breeze has a large screened pool with patio and patio furniture. There is the addition of a spa to soak away those tired feet, after spending a very busy day round Disney. The pool comes with additional heating if required. The large spa can also be used as a toddler’s paddling pool. Please note that our home is non-smoking. |
