This beautiful four bedroom home is immaculately maintained, licensed and insured as a vacation rental. Relax in the hot tub or heated swimming pool, all in a fully enclosed patio area. Amenities: Air Conditioning 4 TVs, 4 VCRs, Cable TV 50 Inch Big screen TV with DVD VCR stereo 200 watt Surround sound. Phone Fully Equipped Kitchen Linens and Towels Swimming Pool and Hot Tub, (Pool heat is extra) 2-Coffee Makers Iron and Ironing Board Dishwasher Microwave Oven Washer and Dryer Gas Grill Patio Furniture Play Pen, High Chair, Crib & Stroller Toaster Blender No Smoking (except on outside patio.) No Pets A mid-stay cleaning fee is available for $85.00. $250 Deposit $250 Security Deposit Less than a seven (7) night stay, a $85.00 cleaning fee is charged. Pool heat is $25.00 per night Please Note: 1st and last day of a guest's stay will not be checked off on our calendar system. A guest will leave by 10:00 am the same day a guest will arrive by 4:30pm.
