| Vacation Rental Description Pavilion Palms is a new, gated complex on Scenic Gulf Dr, only 250 ft from the beach. Enjoy full, unobstructed ocean view from our professionally decorated condo. It's on the top floor of a 3 story low-rise, has 10 ft ceilings, 18x18 ceramic tile, and approx 1300 SF plus 280 SF balcony. This is a very large condo and both bdrms have ensuite baths and cable TV. Second bdrm has 2 twin beds, while master has king bed, walk-in closet, split bath with double cultured marble vanity and french doors to balcony. Enjoy spectacular ocean view, with gorgeous sunsets, as well as the pool and beautifully landscaped grounds below. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight and even has ocean view! Since I love to cook, my kitchen has to be perfect and this one has it all! The area restaurants are wonderful, but you might want to pick up some fresh fish or shrimp at the local seafood market and cook at home. Vacation Rental Amenities Gated Entry / Elevator / NON SMOKING UNIT Seasonally heated pool with Cabana and Restrooms Beach with additional Restrooms at beach access Large utility room with full size Washer/Dryer Beds: One King, Two Twins, Queen size sleeper sofa, Porta-Crib Huge kitchen with Microwave, DW, Side-by-Side frig (ice/water in door), Ceran top stove, plus everything you'd expect in a well stocked kitchen. Our goal is to make our vacation home as comfortable as possible and we would love to share it with you! Holiday rates may apply. Maximum of 6 people, but only 4 adults. Add 11% FL Tax. Cleaning fee included in rentals of 7 days or more. Security Deposit of $250 required to hold reservation and does apply to rent. Renters must be at least 25 yrs of age. No Smoking / No Pets Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. |
