Dec High Season -$150 Easter, New Years, Thanksgiving, Christmas, June, July, August Holiday Seasons: One week before and the week of the holiday. Easter season: Thanksgiving : Christmas & New Years: Less than 7 nights there is a cleaning fee for all homes, these are the rates: 3 - $70.00 Pool heat : $25.00 per night Deposit to reserve the home is $250.00 Balance due upon arrival ! The Cancellation Policy: 7 days of less, full forfeiture of all monies 8 – 30 days, the equivalent of 3 nights rent 31 days+ $75.00 processing fee |
