| The villa, with nearly 2,000 sq ft of living space, is on two storeys. It has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, family room and a large private deck area incorporating a swimming pool. The double integral garage has been converted into games room with air hockey table and table football for your enjoyment The pool is 30' x 15' giving plenty of room to the tables, chairs and sun loungers provided. From this area you can view the lake and nature reserve where there are lots of eagles, storks and other wildlife which is so fascinating to watch and exteremly tranquil, particularly after a busy day at Disney or out and about. The furnishings throughout the house are of a very high standard making your stay luxurious with home from home comforts. Sleeping accomodation Master Bedroom The Master Bedroom overlooks Crescent Lake and the Nature Reserve. It features a king-sized double bed, cable television, very large luxurious en-suite bathroom. There is a large walk-in closet and patio doors which lead to the deck and pool area. Bedroom 5 This ground floor bedroom features twin beds and built in closet. It has a private bathroom across the hallway. Bedroom 2 This first floor bedroom includes one full sized bed, one twin bed and a built in closed (ideal to sleep a family with one child). Bedroom 3 The second first floor bedroom, this room features one full sized bed and a built in closet. Bedroom 4 The room overlooks the nature reserve and includes one queen sized bed and a built in closet. Please Note - further sleeping accommodation is provided by a sofa bed located in the lounge. The Living Space Family Room This room has beautiful furniture, cable television, video recorder, DVD player and hi-fi system. It is a very large room, open planned with the dining area and kitchen. The ceiling stretches to the roof of the building enhancing the spaciousness. Kitchen Area This area comes complete with fully fitted modern units, cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave oven and many other modern conveniences. Dining Area The large open-plan dining area features a large table suitable for eight people. Patio doors lead to the deck and pool area where additional space for eating is available. Double Garage/Games Room Located in the garage is a washing machine, tumble dryer, laundry baskets and two clothes airers, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, etc. This has been converted into a games room and includes air hockey table and table football for you enjoyment. The Bathrooms The house features three spacious bathrooms. The master bedroom has ensuite facilities which include a large corner bath (very luxurious with bubbles!), large shower (you could even fit four or five in it!), double wash basins and seperate toilet. The fifth bedroom on the ground floor also has a private bathroom across the hallway which includes a bath, shower double washbasins and seperate toilet. The third, first floor, bathroom is shared between the upstairs bedrooms and includes bath/shower, twin basins and toilet. The Pool The swimming pool is 30' x 15' and is regularly maintained. Although in Florida the pool can be used all year round, heating is available at an extra cost during the Winter months, if required. There is underwater seating and lighting with shaped steps from the large deck area which has numerous tables, chairs and sun loungers. The views from the swimming pool are not to be missed with the eagle and stork flying around, some of which have beautiful white wings. It is just so tranquil and relaxing watching the wildlife whilst having a swim or a drink by the pool. Additional Features For your safety and security whilst staying in Florida, an alarm has been fitted to the Villa and the safety deposit box is provided. Entertainment equipment including televisions and hi-fi system are available. Our contracted local managment company maintain the Villa to the high standards necessary to ensure you have a carefree and enjoyable holiday. They also provide a useful information package for your guidance. In the event of an emergency, they can be contacted 24 hours a day to provide assistance.
