| Family Room With plenty of room for all to relax, the Family Room has a peaceful outlook onto the pool. There is a 52 inch television with digital cable, offering a wide range of channels for all to enjoy. The sectional sleeper-sofa can be used for an additional guest. Living Room The Living Room allows part of the family to relax away from the rest. There is a 19 inch television with cable, and the sleeper sofa can be used for an additional two guests. Kitchen The kitchen comes fully equipped. As well as conventional oven and hob, there is a microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer with icemaker, waste disposal unit, electric kettle and coffee maker. There is ample crockery and utensils for all your needs. For less formal occasions you have a breakfast table in the nook, or for more formal dining, there is a separate dining room table and chairs with six place settings. Laundry The utility room houses a large capacity washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Master Bedroom, En suite The spacious Master Bedroom has a king-size bed and looks out onto the pool. The en suite bathroom hosts a sumptuous oval cultured marble bath where you can relax in privacy and soak away the strains of the day. It also has a walk-in separate shower enclosure and twin washbasins. The toilet and one washbasin can be separated from the suite with an internal door, and also have access to the pool area. There is a TV with cable for your enjoyment. Master Bedroom 2 - En suite Bedroom 2 has a Queen Size bed and is located upstairs. The en-suite comprises vanity unit, tub with shower and toilet. This second master room also has cable TV. Bedroom 3 - En suite Bedroom 3 has a Queen Size bed and is located to the front of the house and has an ensuite bathroom with toilet, tub and washbasin. There is also cable TV. Bedrooms 4 & 5 Bedrooms 4 and 5 are twin bedded rooms and share a bathroom with toilet, washbasin and tub with shower. Pool, Spa & Patio area The pool decking area has been extended to 25x 48ft, and offers a relaxing view over the lake, as well as being South facing for maximum sunshine. The pool itself has been upgraded to 28ft by 14ft, with spa Jacuzzi, and has underwater lighting. This whole area is screened to keep out any bugs. A selection of sun beds and chairs are also by the pool. The pool area is protected by a safety fence, which prevents unsupervised access to the pool by small children. The fence is easily rolled back for supervised use. Optional pool heating is available at extra cost. Games Room With pool table and foosball, TV with DVD/VCR and Playstaion 2, just the place for teens to relax. A telephone is provided with free local calls, for other calls and international calls a phone card can be purchased at the local supermarket, which gives exceptional value. The telephone number will be issued prior to departure and may be given to close family etc, who may wish to contact you during your stay |
