| The Villa is fully Air Conditioned and tastefully furnished throughout, the spacious fully fitted kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, kettle, telephone, toaster, coffee maker and much more! All utensils and cutlery are provided including dishes for the children. There is also a separate air conditioned utility room containing washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and access to the garage. All bedrooms come with large walk in closets, clock radios and ample drawer space, the master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a huge on-suite bathroom with marble bath, large walk in shower. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and bedrooms three and four have twin beds. All linens and towels are provided including pool towels, we also provide a cot and linen and highchair at no extra cost. The family bathroom has a single vanity unit, full size bath/combination shower and plenty of storage space Both the Family Room and Formal Living Room come with two large sofa's and coffee tables. The formal living room has a large dinning table with room to seat six comfortably. The family room overlooks to pool area and comes with cable TV, CD and DVD player. Outside our villa boasts a lovely swimming pool, which is fully enclosed to keep the bugs out but let the sun in, plenty of comfortable pool furniture is provided including tables, chairs and sun loungers. For safety reasons plastic plates, beakers etc are supplied for use by the pool area. Pool heating is optional for an additional charge, depending on the outside temperature the pool may benefit from heating during October - April. Please Note, for the comfort of all guests, we respectfully ask that you refrain from smoking inside the villa. You are free to smoke outside on the pool deck and ashtrays are provided |
