| Bedroom 3 bathroom home with heated pool and spa just over 1,700 sq. feet of living space. A beautiful villa located in the prestige and very sought after community of Oak Island Cove, Formosa Gardens Estates, Kissimmee. Possibly the closest to Disney you can stay. This lovely, superior 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom villa has a 28’ X 14’ screen enclosed pool and separate raised spa. Our home will very comfortably sleep 8 people in 2 king master bedroom suites & 2 twin bedrooms. Tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard, with custom colour painted walls and designer window dressings. Attention has been paid to every detail and offers many upgraded features. Fully carpeted bedrooms for softness under foot and tiling throughout the living areas and both bathroom for added Floridian style and practical convenience. The pool area enjoys the benefit of a private walled rear garden; large screen enclosure and a 28’X14’ heated pool ; a one touch control spa; a covered Lanai and plenty of luxury pool furniture. The living room has a beautiful large window looking out onto the pool and a sliding door with access onto the covered Lanai and pool deck. The living room has a sofa, loveseat, chair, coffee table, two end tables and entertainment unit, with 27" remote controlled colour TV with cable and featuring a Bose home theatre system, which provides DVD, CD and AM/FM radio facilities. The dining area has a dining table and six chairs. 2 beautiful master bedroom suites, both with luxurious King sized sleigh beds; ceiling fans with additional central lights and plenty of additional mood lighting. There is more than enough storage in both master bedrooms as they both have a large closet, dresser with large mirror and 2 bedside drawer units. The rear master bedroom also enjoys direct access onto the pool deck for that great early morning swim in the pool or a refreshing dip in the spa, go on, spoil yourself. Our home offers 3 bathrooms, one en-suite has a relaxing marble corner Jacuzzi spa bath, the other en-suite has a large separate walk-in shower; both have a basin with vanity unit, separate toilet & large ‘walk-in’ closet; a hairdryer is also provided. The family bathroom offers a bath with shower over; basin with vanity unit and toilet. 2 spacious twin bedrooms, both have large closets and separate drawer storage. This fully equipped kitchen ,with tiled floor and upgraded cabinetry, has a large refrigerator/freezer, range style cooker and large microwave and every convenience is provided including an electric kettle. There is also access to the laundry room and garage. Our home enjoys the added benefit of a 24 hr monitored security alarm. Air-conditioned/central heating throughout and ceiling fans in living room and both master bedrooms. Cable TV in lounge and both master bedrooms, home theatre system in lounge. Separate laundry room with washer, dryer, iron & ironing board. Telephone with free local calls. All linens and towels provided, we pride ourselves in making sure these are of the highest standard. We have an excellent local English Management company and a daily maid service can be arranged at an extra charge, please apply for rates. |
