The Marbella has full central air conditioning and is finished to the high standards that our Anna Maria Island Vacations clientele has come to expect. Brand new tile, kitchen, bathroom fixtures, furnishings and carpets. Walk though the main entrance door, into the large open plan living area and a spectacular vista of the Gulf of Mexico awaits you through two sets of large glass slider doors. Relax in inviting comfortable seating or step out onto the deck and enjoy an evening cocktail at sunset. A few steps lead directly down onto the soft, white sugar sands - we can recommend a stroll on the beach during one of Florida's famous sunsets as being one of life's most perfect experiences. The kitchen is finished with natural maple wood cabinetry and corian worktops and is well equipped with appliances, including dishwasher, range, large refrigerator/freezer and waste disposal, plus an array of pots, pans, dishes and cooking utensils. There is a separate laundry room with large washer & dryer, iron and ironing board. The beds have thick, comfortable mattresses topped by beautiful linens and colorful quilts. The master bedroom has a large king size bed and enjoys its own en-suite bathroom with double vanity, toilet and brand new ceramic tiled shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed. Bathroom 2 has a bath tub/shower, vanity and toilet. Bathrooms are supplied with freshly laundered towels. Telephone, paddle fans, stereo, cable television and video. Sleeper sofa in living area. Children are welcome, but sorry absolutely no pets allowed.
