Cancellation Policy: Rent Deposit is nonrefundable. Any paid "nightly" rent greater than Rent Deposit is refundable if a booking is canceled prior to 60 days before arrival date. If a booking is canceled after 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, rent monies (less Rent Deposit) will be returned for each night of booking that can be rebooked. |
